Renditions of the Masters - Click on a painting for more info

In an effort to improve my painting techniques and mixing of colors I studied various Master artists and their works. I was fortunate to travel to Italy, France and the Netherlands on several occasions and view and study first hand a multitude of paintings of most of the Old Masters. The paintings in this Project are the the ongoing results of my efforts to learn about and emulate the Master's styles of mixing colors and laying down their composition's my on canvas or wood panel while exercising my own interpretations of their paintings.
